The location is nice, not too far away from La Madonnina. Need to add that it's near the heart of the city.

Truly enjoyed having rich and plentiful breakfast.
They gave us wheelchair accessible room with a balcony, the bathroom, for instance and that was essential. A roll in shower, a hairdryer, and a bidet were very handy.

Planned to see Viareggio major attractions and it was wonderful base for visiting all of them. The staff were efficient and best and the location was amazing near old harbour. No complaints, we greatly enjoyed this relaxing and absolutely great hotel, do recommend.

Its location not too far away from La Madonnina was nice. The double room for storage in the bathroom had basic facilities you need. The breakfast had a lot of fresh food and drinks.

the hotel was ideal and brilliant, and the staff were best, liked the magnificent location next to the promenade in the evening. the room was airy and nicely equipped for storage in the bathroom, we stayed in all day.

It was a relaxing hotel, I would book here again. I stayed here for 4 nights, the property was safe, with great location close to the main boulevard as well as the promenade. The breakfast had lots of selection, the food was FRESH.

New-fashioned, completely renovated unit with a balcony overlooking the stadium, storage in the bathroom, for example. Varied breakfast, lots of food and beverages. Wonderful location in nearby stadium and incredibly nice staff.

I had such a pleasant stay at this hotel in Viareggio! the location was fantastic with the main boulevard just a few minutes' walk away. It made exploring the area so convenient. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. They went out of their way to ensure our comfort, allowing us to check out later and even providing storage for our belongings. Lastly, I was impressed with the breakfast spread. There was such a wide variety of delicious options to choose from, making it the perfect way to start the day.
Everything was absolutely fine, nothing to improve.

Very friendly staff. When you are by car, this is an excellent place to stay. Close by the beach, the harbour and downtown Viareggio. Clean rooms! Good breakfast!
